AI consulting on retainer, priced by the outcome you need.
Most teams start with a two-week AI opportunity audit, then keep us on retainer to build what it found and run it every month. Every tier is scoped in writing, with a person checking every number that matters.
Ways to work together
Starting prices. The written scope sets the exact number before anything begins.

$12,000per monthHow retainers work
What is the commitment?
Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days notice. The audit is a one-time fixed price with no commitment after it.
What if we use fewer hours?
Unused hours carry over one month. If a tier is consistently too big or too small, we move you to the right one at the next month.
What if we need more?
Extra work is quoted in writing before it starts, at the same rate as your tier. Nothing is billed that you did not approve.
Who owns what gets built?
You do. The files, prompts, scripts, models and documentation are yours from the first month, and nothing depends on us to keep running.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
We use enterprise or API tiers that do not train on your data, keep customer identifiers out of prompts where they are not needed, and write the data policy down before any data is touched.
Not sure which tier fits?
Start with the audit. It tells you where AI pays off in your numbers, and the retainer that makes sense, if any.
